One cottage sleeps 6, and the other cottage sleeps 4. Welsh Tourist Board : Grade 4.

This fully modernised 17th century cottage is set on an area of unspoilt natural beauty with spectacular views of Hell’s Mouth Bay and the western coastline of Llyn to Bardsey Island.

The cottage stands on its own, a mile from the main road along an undulating farm track. The fine beach of Hell’s Mouth is only 300 yards away, an ideal location for relaxing, bathing and fishing.

Although off the beaten track, the cottage is only a short drive from all the amenities of Abersoch, with its shops, harbour and leisure facilities. Fine walks can be had from the cottage over nearby headlands and along the cliff top overlooking the bay.

The cottage has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two each having two single beds. Bed linen is provided. There is a bathroom upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs.

The cosy beamed living room has an open fireplace with an electric fire, and the cottage has electric central heating throughout. A colour television is provided, with a DVD player, video player and radio included.

The kitchen/dining room is well fitted with electric cooker, fridge freezer, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, iron and all essential cooking utensils. A cot and high chair are available. Electricity is on a meter reading.

Hafod-y-Nant stands in its own lawned gardens, with good parking facilities and plenty of play-space for young children. It is adjacent to a typical Welsh-working farm, with something of interest always going on.

bryn celyn bellaf
This quaint semi – detached cottage has just recently been tastefully modernised to a high standard, lies half a mile form the beautiful beach of Porth Ceiriad. It has its own garden, which affords panoramic views of the peninsula. There is ample parking space. The cottage is approximately two miles from all the amenities of Abersoch. There are many pleasant and varied walks in the area.



The cottage accommodates four persons. It has two dormer bedrooms, with bed linen provided. The bathroom (with shower) is downstairs. The cosy beamed sitting room with an inglenook fireplace is comfortably furnished with colour television. The cottage has oil central heating throughout.

The kitchen/dining room is well fitted with electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and all the essential cooking utensils. A cot and high chair are available. Electricity is on a £1 coin meter.
